Just imagine, you’ve finally set up your new home. The boxes are almost all unpacked and the place is starting to feel like home. It’s now time to sit down have a cup of tea (or wine) and watch your favourite show, when you realise that your TV is not working.


This frustrating dilemma was exactly what happened to Luke from Jim’s Antennas Shepparton’s customer. They had just moved into their new house and couldn’t get any free-to-air channels.


After testing the TV wall point and finding no signal, the existing antenna was inspected and it was found to be an old one that was used to receive Austar before it changed to Foxtel’s satellite. As the mount was in good condition, the existing antenna was removed and a new digital antenna was installed. The customer could then happily watch all of the free-to-air channels.

Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

    Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

    If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

    If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.
