There are some evaluations that you can do before calling an expert:
- Ensure your TV and power cables are connected to the wall sockets as well as the TV
- Perform an auto or manual scan for TV Channels (refer back to your TV’s owner manual)
- If you do have an amplifier in your system ensure the power supply is plugged in and turned on

Only recently Luke from Jim’s Antennas Shepparton had a customer who was experiencing pixelation issues. After Luke tested the TV wall point and found the signal was extremely low, the existing analogue antennas were inspected and it was found that they were no longer functional.
