Whether you live in the city, the suburbs or out rural, you should be able to receive high-speed broadband internet. Well, now you can thanks to Elon Musk’s Starlink.
”Starlink is ideally suited for areas of the Globe where connectivity has typically been a challenge. Using advanced satellites in a low orbit, Starlink enables video calls, online gaming, streaming, and other high data rate activities that historically have not been possible with satellite internet.” – the Starlink website reads.
While Starlink is an exciting new technology, DIY installation can sometimes result in damaged products or poor signal due to lack of expertise, so it’s best you call on the techexperts to help install for you.
Luke from Jim’s Antennas Shepparton, had a customer who wanted to have their StarLink dish installed properly on the roof of their house. A mount was used that allowed the dish to snugly fit into it and it was then locked in place to prevent any movement. The dish comes with data cable that is permanently attached to the dish.
With the ‘right know-how’ Luke was able to properly install the data cable through the roof cavity and down the wall cavity inside the house so it could be connected to the StarLink modem. Once the install was completed, his customer was receiving download speeds in excess of 200Mb per second.
If you have a Starlink kit to be installed, leave it in the hands of a trusted and experienced professional who has the right test equipment and tools to get the job done properly the first time. Call 131 546 or book here to arrange your free onsite, no obligation quote today.
