MARK GOES THE EXTRA MILE DURING ANTENNA INSTALLATION IN MOUNT ANNAN

Mark from Jim’s Antennas Mount Annan, southern New South Wales, often has to alert a lot of his clients about existing damage to their roofs when completing antenna installations. Mark sees this often, on both new and old houses, and when the issue arises, he always tries his best to repair the damage – going an extra step further to provide outstanding service for each and every one of his clients.

On a recent job Mark was installing an antenna on a new build when he noticed a whole section of ridge capping was missing! Unfortunately, Mark was unable to fix this tiling issue, as an entire piece of roof capping was missing. But, the problem was quickly solved after Mark informed the owner of the house, who passed the message onto their building supervisor, which ensured the tiling issue was resolved quickly.

By letting his client know about the damage to the roof, Mark was able to save him from unnecessary costs and hassle, that would otherwise have occurred due to water damage.
