I would just like to pass on my appreciation for works carried out at my home a couple of weeks ago by one of your Service Technicians Tony. Tony reconfigured my new home theatre system and also wired up the outside alfresco area ready for TV and entertainment system. Tony was very accommodating with my requests as I was on a time frame (completion before Christmas) and was on the job the day after I made enquiries, Tony carried out the work professionally and was a very easy person to get along with, Tony was always happy to offer up advice and information when asked and after completion of the works he then also made up a follow up call to enquire if the system was operating the way I had requested.

Once again thank you for the service you provide and I will be (already have) recommending Jim’s to family and friends.
