Just a note to say how much we appreciated a visit from Josh yesterday late afternoon to sort out a problem with our TV set. After he had spent what sounded like most of the day baking on a hot roof, he arrived as ever – helpful, polite and able to fix the problem.

We really are most grateful for all the service you have given us over the past 14 years. It is not all that common to find such excellent service and you are to be congratulated on providing it.
