- External Cabling: If your NBN issue is outside of the home, you must contact your NBN provider. While our technicians are skilled, they are unable to assist with cabling from the street to your house as this must also be done by an NBN provider. They will inform you if any parts of the connection are off-limits or require handling by NBN Co.
- Do(‘nt Do)-It-Yourself: Fibre optic cables are fragile, making it crucial that only trained professionals handle them. This is not a DIY task! Our team ensures that the process is done correctly and safely, keeping your connection intact.
