Low-resolution camera – If your images are blurry and barely recognizable, then it’s time to upgrade. When your images are blurred you might as well not have one, as they wouldn’t hold up in the court of law. But why should you have one? Security cameras are an excellent deterrent to criminals and reduce the chances of your house being targeted.

Control your alarm system remotely – If your alarm system can only be monitored if you are at home then it’s time for an upgrade. You can now remotely activate and monitor your home security from your phone, tablet or computer. You can also remotely arm and disarm the alarm and control the locks. How cool!

Hardwired to wireless – older houses tend to still have their alarm systems wired throughout the house, connecting to the alarm keypad, sensors and detectors etc. This is no longer recommended especially as it is easier for intruders to cut off the wire and disable the alarm system. If we believe the job is good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.
