Not long before they got the call, an installer had just replaced this client’s antenna. Aaron from Jim’s Antennas Montrose was told by his distressed client that despite having their antenna replaced only hours ago, it didn’t seem to be working properly and that the original installer had been unable to figure out what the problem was.
After some fault-finding, Aaron discovered that the cabling connecting the antenna to the TV had been squashed under the roof tiles. This made it difficult for the signal to move from point A to B, therefore causing interference and drop outs for Aaron’s poor client.
Luckily the solution to this job was a quick and easy fix. All Aaron had to do was replace the damaged coaxial cable, with new cabling and ensure that it was carefully installed in a way that would prevent it from such damage.
In no time his client could go back to enjoying crystal clear reception and outstanding viewing quality!
