Leaking Roof? It could be time to get your antenna looked at.

If you have a leaking roof it may be caused by an old antenna mount and movement of the mast.
David from Jim’s Antennas Horsham was called to one such job. There was nothing wrong with the antenna system other than the movement of the mast causing the silicon sealant to come loose from the tile. This caused water ingress when it rained. The water ran down the coax and showed unsightly water spots on the ceiling in the laundry, toilet and bathroom of the customers home.

A new universal antenna mount was installed. These require no drilling of the tiles and have a tripod arrangement which eliminated the need for maintenance due to movement and perished silicon sealant.

If you think your mount may be unsuitable yet you still have good signal call Jim’s on 131 546 for a free quote.
