Jim’s Antennas Franchisees Lend a Helping Hand

Jenny and Allan Duggan, based in Benjamin Street, Sunshine, have experienced their fair share of hard times, with each of their four children, Marc, Bryce, Nicholas and Jasmine, born with varying degrees of Autism. Everyday chores such as cooking, cleaning, and general maintenance of the home take second place behind the welfare of the children. So when a call to assist the Duggan family came from the Jim’s Group, the guys from Jim’s Antennas rushed to volunteer their services. Along with Jim’s Mowing, Jim’s Building Maintenance and Jim’s Skip Bins, a working bee was held at the Duggan house. Jim’s Antennas was proudly represented by franchisees Michael, who operates in Keilor Downs, and Joe, Keilor’s local technician, who pooled their resources to supply a new digital TV antenna, two new TV points, as well as fit a new Plasma TV to the wall in the games room. Now the kids can watch TV rather than use it solely for Playstation! The day was a resounding success and the home looked brand new. The look on the kids’ faces was priceless and made the exercise worthwhile. A great team effort by everyone from Jim’s and the below note from young Marc Duggan makes it all worth it. Michael and Joe look forward to providing their services in their local areas as well as the greater western suburbs of Melbourne.

Thank you for redesigning our house. We are very happy that you did that. My cubby house looks magnificent! It’s awesome. Buddy was very happy afterwards. He was running around and staring at everything. The TV was so good, I could hardly stop staring at it! It was nice to meet people who choose to do good things! Mum keeps telling me there are people who choose to do good things and people who choose to do bad things and you are the nice people.

P.S. I wish I could write letters to all of you but my arms would get tired so I am just writing this one to all of you.

If you are not satisfied with the job, we will inspect it and have any problems fixed. If we believe the job is good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.
