On the 27th of May, the first-ever combined ‘Jim’s Gala Dinner’ took place at the Melbourne Showground, providing an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the achievements of Franchisees who have excelled in various aspects of their business. As well as acknowledging their hard work, dedication, and success. Our Franchisees and Franchisors were treated to a 3 course meal, entertainment and of course Awards were presented.

Satyam joined the Jim’s Antennas team from Jim’s Carpet Cleaning. Satyam works tirelessly 7 days a week to provide his clients with outstanding customer service alongside quality workmanship.

Satyam services the south eastern area of Melbourne offering Antenna Installation, Service & Repair for Reception Issues, Mobile Phone Boosters, Data and Wifi Solutions, additional points for TV, telephone and data along with TV wall mounting.

Omar started his journey with Jim’s Antennas 18 months ago, coming from a NBN background. Omar’s commitment to providing his clients with a 5 star service is evident with this outstanding award he has received. Omar has received the most 5 star surveys as submitted by clients out of any franchisee currently representing the Jim’s brand across all divisions.

$1,000,000 Work Guarantee
This guarantee is up to one million dollars for work done by Jim's Group Franchisees.

If you are not satisfied with the job, we will inspect it and have any problems fixed. If we believe the job is good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.

A public liability policy covers damage to people or property.

It is in place to protect business owners if someone sues for personal injury or damage to property.
