Having bad to no TV reception can be very frustrating. Thankfully the problem can be easily fixed, whilst in other cases you may need to call in the professionals.

But before you make that call, there are some things that you can evaluate first:

Ensure your TV and power cables are connected to the wall sockets as well as the TV.
Try and perform an auto or manual scan for TV Channels (refer back to your TV’s owner manual).
If you do have an amplifier in your system ensure the power supply is plugged in and turned on.

After testing the TV wall point, Luke found the signal strength and quality to be very low which was causing the pixelation issues. Luke then inspected the existing antenna and found old analogue antennas that were no longer working properly.

A new digital antenna was installed on a new uni-mount on the roof in the best location to get the best signal. A new digital amplifier was also installed to ensure that there was sufficient signal getting to each of the TVs. The old antennas and mount were then removed. Now the customer can happily watch TV again without any issues.
