After testing the TV wall point and finding no signal, the existing antenna was inspected and it was found to be an old one that was used to receive Austar before it changed to Foxtel’s satellite. As the mount was in good condition, the existing antenna was removed and a new digital antenna was installed. The customer could then happily watch all of the free-to-air channels.
