Recently, Rod from Jim’s Antennas and Jim’s Security Wyong, was asked to install CCTV at a customers home and restaurant. The customer wanted access to all cameras on his smartphone, as well as his wife’s phone, via an App.

Rod, chose the DAHUA range of products, sourced from Seadan Electronics NSW, as they provide excellent low light, full colour images at night. They also have the 6 megapixel cameras in both white and black colours, plus 4 channel NVR was hooked up to his lounge room TV as well as the Dahua App for remote monitoring. Most of the cabling was concealed in the wall cavity except for one external camera under an awning. Cameras were set up to monitor all entry/exit points of the house giving them peace of mind and protecting their valued possessions.

For the restaurant they used a DAHUA 6 Camera system (black), 6 Megapixel IP cameras with Starlight (low light) technology. An 8 channel NVR was connected wirelessly to on-site internet. Images could also be monitored via the Dahua App and was also connected to an on-site monitor. All cabling in conduit, was painted black to match the restaurants black concrete roof. The owner can now monitor all areas of his restaurant along with a camera in his kitchen/preparation area.

If you are not satisfied with the job, we will inspect it and have any problems fixed. If we believe the job is good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.
