ARE YOU EXPERIENCING TV RECEPTION ISSUES?

If you are experiencing TV reception issues at home or in the office there could be many reasons why. Some of these can be easily resolved by evaluating the following:

  • Ensure your TV and power cables are connected to the wall sockets as well as the TV
  • Try and perform an auto or manual scan for TV Channels (refer back to your TV’s owner manual)
  • If you do have an amplifier in your system ensure the power supply is plugged in and turned on

Other issues that can affect your TV Reception are poor or inferior cabling, splitters, connectors, amplifiers, or incorrect installation. It can be difficult to diagnose these reception issues, however all of our Jim’s Antennas experts carry state of the art field strength meters that allows them to check the TV spectrum and see what is causing the reception issues.

In this case the solution was to remove the old, heavy and dangerous pole and antenna (another reason why we highly recommend you call your local expert) and replaced it with a new Matchmaster premium Digital Australian-made Antenna.     If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

    If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.
