When it comes to emergency services, telecommunications are of paramount importance.
Rodney from Jim’s Antennas Coffs Coast recently lent the local Fire and Rescue Station in Grafton a helping hand when their satellite went out.
The fire station relies on their satellite for a number of critical operations such as the communication regarding incident management and the coordination of firefighters and specialist resources. So, it was important for the satellite to be back up and running as soon as possible.
Luckily Rodney was on the spot in a jiffy, and able to get them back on the air straight away.
