As technology continues to develop, the demand for transferrable digital skills within the Australian workforce has become more important than ever. This industry change has been reflected in our education system, with a growing number of Australian schools integrating the use of technology in a classroom setting.
Jake from Jim’s Antennas Padbury recently installed six 4K UHD 65” Interactive Flat Panel Displays for Manning Primary School in Western Australia.
The BenQ Interactive Panel has been designed to build a dynamic learning environment and boasts a number of innovate features such as:
While this panel is undoubtably a useful tool within the class-room, Jake’s installation of this product ensured that the interactive white board can be used to its full potential.
When discussing the placement of the panels, Jake suggested that the panel be mounted using a tilting bracket. The screen can be angled up or down, depending on whether the kids are sitting at their desks or on the floor and can also be used reduce glare if it happens to be a sunny day. A quick and easy fix to the common problem of sore necks, and strained eyes.
Jake was also able to conceal all cabling by running the wires behind the wall, reducing the likelihood of potential accidents, or possible damage to the electronics within the classroom. By concealing the cabling, Jake also removed the need for unappealing conduit cabling, and was able to achieve a clean and neat aesthetic.
