While this is great news for developers and owners of older apartment blocks alike. Existing owners have been placed under increasing pressure to revamp their properties in a bid to keep up with the competitive market.

Home security is a key consideration when looking for a new place to call home and it is apartment building owners who are responsible for implementing measures to keep their tenants safe.

However, older buildings often don’t have the appropriate data network wiring to install modern IP-based intercom systems or CCTV cameras and the expense associated with re-wring a residence is a common barrier for many security system upgrades.

Troy was able to install the new system over existing cabling by installing an IP migration transmission system technology, whereby a convertor turns analogue data into a high-speed network connection. The upgraded alarm system will allow residents to monitor who is at the front gate and grant entry from anywhere, at any time, as through the IP network they are able to view this information on smart devices such as their phones, as well as through an in-home monitoring device.

Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.
