A customer in Athelstone was receiving poor receptions, and required amplified systems and the use of a repeater via UHF. Jim’s Antennas installed a Hills Tru-Max 36 LTE filtered UHF Phased Array. These systems are great at picking up signal through trees and obstacles. Coupled with a new ALCAD AM187 Masthead Amplifier which gives great error reducing amplification on the UHF band. The system was moved to a tripod mount to clear off existing and rotting barge board, which has been trying to hold a very old and unwieldy early Phased array system.
