See that picture on the wall?
What if I told you that it’s actually a TV?
The new Samsung The Frame 3.0 TV is transforming the way we interact with artwork. Think, revolutionised digital photo frame. Not only is this telly changing the way we consume art within our homes, but it has also reimagined the standard functions and features of your traditional TV.
The basic premise of the Frame TV is that when not in use, it displays a personalised collection of artworks, rather than a black screen. Samsung has partnered with galleries and collections across the world to allow famous works of art to be displayed within your home. The dream of having the work of renowned artists, such as Katsushika Hokusai, Vincent van Gogh and Bernardo Bellotto, displayed within your own living room is now a reality!
The Frame TV also comes with special features such as a brightness sensor. The sensor detects ambient light and automatically balances the screen’s brightness and contrast. This makes pieces of art look more ‘natural’, as though they’re placed on a canvas, rather than a screen. The added feature of the TV’s Slim Fit Wall Mount, also ensures that your TV will be wall-mounted gap-free. Which enhances it’s appearance as a framed work of art – rather than a television.
And if you’re worried about power usage – no need to fear! The Frame TV has an inbuilt motion sensor which can detect when there’s no-one in the room, automatically switching itself off to save power.
The Frame TV comes in a total of six sizes, allowing you to choose between a 32-inch, 43-inch, 49-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch or 75-inch screen. The appearance of the TV is also customisable, as buyers are able to choose from a number of different coloured frames for their TV, and are even able to swap bezels once the TV has been installed.
Matt from Jim’s Antennas Yarraville recently had the pleasure of installing a 65″ Samsung Frame TV for a family in Williamstown. The TV comes with its own specialised mounting bracket, and all devices connect to The Frame’s ‘One Connect Box’. Mounting these TV’s can be tricky and concealing the cabling even trickier as they have larger than normal ends, which can make getting through noggins a tough obstacle!
If you’re thinking about investing in The Frame TV – why not get the professionals at Jim’s Antennas to mount this expensive piece of equipment and save yourself the butterflies! Give us a call on 131 546, or book a free onsite no obligation quote online.
