Michael from Jim’s Antennas South Morang, recently finished installing a commercial SMATV (Satellite Master Antenna Television) system for a new apartment complex being built in Collingwood.

When he arrived, the SMATV system had been partially completed for him, by the builder’s electrical contractor – who was unsure about how to complete the rest of the install.

Luckily Michael was there to save the day!

Now the SMATV system is installed, it will allow the apartment complex to supply various channels to multiple TVs. In fact, this SMATV system is being used to supply Free to Air channels and Foxtel to 29 apartments.

But it doesn’t end there, Michael also set up a satellite and antenna for the complex, which will allow Foxtel and free-to-air channel signals to be received by all residents of the apartment building.

If we believe the job is good and you do not, we will jointly agree on an independent expert to provide a report at our expense, and fix any problems found. Until this is done, you need not pay for the job. If problems are not fixed within a fortnight, any advance will be refunded.

Only if no problems are found by the expert, will you be asked to pay the agreed price for the job and half the cost of the report.

If the job is done to get your bond back on leaving a rental property, the job is only considered good when the agent or landlord is satisfied.

If payment is made in advance and the job not done, the payment will be refunded.
