Graham first conducted a signal test at the outlet to ascertain that there was a problem. He then conducted a visual inspection of the satellite dish on the roof and found that a tree branch had grown across the dish. Obviously the branch was causing interference to the signal so with the customers’ blessing, Graham took the hand saw to the offending branches and fixed the problem instantly.
Graham also noticed that the free to air TV cabling was damaged due to a poor previous installation. At the customers’ request he also replaced the cable. The customer was extremely happy and also commented that, in her experience it was rare for trades people to turn up on time (if at all) and thanked Graham for his service service.
